Orders

All orders placed through this website are requests, sent to us via WhatsApp. Prices shown are starting prices and may vary based on size, design complexity and customisation. Final pricing and availability are confirmed by our team before an order is accepted.

Delivery

Preferred delivery dates and times are requests and are subject to confirmation based on availability. We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance, and earlier for custom or tiered designs.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to an order should be communicated as early as possible via WhatsApp. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery date may not be eligible for a full refund of any advance paid.

Product Images

Product photography is representative of our designs. Actual cakes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our decoration and seasonal ingredient availability.
